We have had our first experience with Booko Bros. the weekend of May 17-18 when a massive oak fell on our house and we needed the roof to be tarped, because rain was predicted for that Tuesday. They responded quickly, but the damage was so extensive that they would need to build some sort of framework to which they could attach the tarp. They estimated that it could be 2-3 days. But on Monday, their amazing team demoed what they needed to; built the frame and attached the tarp! Today (Tuesday) I watched the rain begin falling through grateful tears, because our poor disheveled house was at least preserved from further damage. We are grateful and impressed!

After discovering roof damage on my home, I contacted Booko Brothers and asked someone to come out and inspect the damage and provide my wife and me recommendations for repair. Jon (Owner) visited my home the very next day, inspected the damage, took pictures of the damage and explained to my wife and I the extent of the damage. After discussing the damage, Jon recommended contacting our insurance company. He explained that the damage was due to high winds and was extensive enough that would likely be covered by the insurance company. This was the first time we have placed a claim with the insurance company and Jon helped us through the process. Not only did the insurance company pay for repairs, they replaced the entire roof! We hired Booko Brothers to complete the work. The crew did a fantastic job of taking care of our home and property during the 3 days of work. They made sure that they house was protected and carefully cleaned up each day. This meant a lot because we have two young children who play outside often and we had no worries about nails or other objects in the yard! The workers were polite and communicated with us each step of the way! From their customer service to the quality of work, we will be sure to use Booko Brothers for any of our home repair needs moving forward!
